The first step is to write a motivation letter describing your interest in joining the Association, your professional goals, and interests. This letter helps us understand why you want to be part of our community and how you intend to contribute to its growth.

Along with your motivation letter, please submit a detailed biography outlining your professional achievements, awards, and credentials. It is also essential to provide proof of these achievements, including diplomas, certificates, photo and video materials, articles in specialized publications, and any other relevant documentation.

The Admissions Committee will review the submitted materials, evaluate your alignment with the membership criteria, and make a decision on your candidacy. If all requirements are met, the Committee will recommend your acceptance to the General Assembly as a candidate member.

Upon approval by the General Assembly, you will officially become a candidate member. To complete this stage, you’ll need to pay the initial and annual membership fees.

After one year of active involvement in Association activities, you will transition to full membership. We encourage participation in events, projects, and community initiatives to make this journey both engaging and rewarding.

If you are already a member of other professional associations, a winner of national or international awards, a jury member for prestigious industry prizes, or a media figure with a high profile, the General Assembly may approve your immediate entry as a full member.
