Isabelle Lefèvre
President of the Association of Beauty Professionals
Isabelle received her professional education in France, graduating from the École Internationale d’Esthétique Élysées Marbeuf in Paris — one of the country’s most respected private schools of aesthetics and cosmetology, known for its rigorous training standards. She later obtained the international CIDESCO qualification, which confirmed her high professional competence and enabled her to work in accordance with global industry standards.

She began her career in the early 2000s in Paris as a practicing cosmetologist at the Guinot Institute, where she gained solid hands-on experience, working directly with clients and mastering professional treatment protocols.

The next stage of her career focused on management development. From 2006 to 2010, Isabelle held the position of Spa Manager at Thalazur Antibes – Hôtel & Spa on the French Riviera. Her responsibilities included overseeing spa operations, managing staff, implementing service standards, and developing treatment programs. Working in a resort environment allowed her to gain valuable experience in spa management and in serving an international clientele.

In 2011, Isabelle returned to Paris and joined the French professional brand Sothys Paris as an International Training Manager. In this role, she was responsible for developing and delivering educational programs for cosmetologists and partner salons across Europe and beyond. She supervised training curricula, educational materials, and international training initiatives, which became a key stage in shaping her global professional profile and reputation as an expert in aesthetics education and standards.
From 2016 onward, Isabelle focused on international expert and project-based work. She participated in the organization of major professional congresses and industry events, combining consultancy with international cooperation. In particular, she collaborated with the organizing committees of IMCAS (International Master Course on Aging Science), one of the world’s leading congresses in aesthetics, dermatology, and anti-aging medicine, contributing to the coordination of sessions related to non-medical aesthetics and the professional beauty sector.

From 2021 to 2025, Isabelle served as Director of Development at Beauty Success, one of France’s largest mid-market beauty and perfumery retail networks. In this role, she was responsible for strategic development, service standardization, network expansion, and the implementation of new business formats, combining entrepreneurial vision with structured operational management.

In December 2025,

Isabelle Lefèvre was appointed President of the Association of Beauty Professionals.
